Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely happy with one of our products, we would love to make the process easy for you! Please let us know within 30 business days of purchase. We kindly ask you first get in touch with us via email through our contact page or chat button. Please provide your order number if you ordered through our online store. We will do our best to help determine why the product does not work for you. If after speaking with us you are unhappy with the product and would like to return it, please read our policy below.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Please email us a photograph of your defective or wrong item. 

If there has been an error on our end (incorrect product, packing) or damaged/defective item etc, we will offer a full refund or exchange to you, including the shipping charges.  

 Any unopened and unused products or opened and very lightly used products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase.

You’ll need the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

For returnable items, package the product(s) and mail them to: L’anse, 2620 36 Street SW, Calgary, Alberta, T3E2Z8. Please write your order number and reason for return on a piece of paper and place with the items in the box.

Once the product(s) have been received we will issue your choice of refund or exchange (less any shipping charges). 

If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
